Kalabasa-Malunggay Noodle Soup

AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Canola oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 piece White onion, sliced
  • 3 cups Kalabasa, cubed
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 1/2 cups Egg Noodles, uncooked
  • 1 cup Malunggay, grinded
  • 1 pack AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Procedure

  1. SAUTE. Heat oil in a deep pan. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Add the kalabasa to cook for 5 minutes.
  2. SIMMER. Add water and noodles to boil until noodles are cooked. Lower heat and add malunggay.
  3. SEASON. Season with AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix.
  4. SERVE. Transfer onto serving bowls and enjoy.

Cooking Tips

Egg noodles can be substituted with any other noodles.
