Kalabasa-Malunggay Noodle Soup
AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 1/2 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 piece White onion, sliced
- 3 cups Kalabasa, cubed
- 4 cups Water
- 2 1/2 cups Egg Noodles, uncooked
- 1 cup Malunggay, grinded
- 1 pack AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
Procedure
- SAUTE. Heat oil in a deep pan. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Add the kalabasa to cook for 5 minutes.
- SIMMER. Add water and noodles to boil until noodles are cooked. Lower heat and add malunggay.
- SEASON. Season with AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving bowls and enjoy.
Cooking Tips
Egg noodles can be substituted with any other noodles.
