  • 1 pack of 8g. AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tsp. Sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Cooking oil

  2. THICKEN. In a separate bowl, mix rice flour and water to make a batter then slowly pour into the radish mix while on the heat, stirring until a thick paste is formed. Remove from heat.
  3. STEAM. On an 8.5x5" baking pan, spray oil and transfer radish mixture. Steam on medium to high heat for 40 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool at room temperature then refrigerate for 4 - 8 hours until firm.
  4. PAN-FRY. Slice into cubes and panfry until golden and crisp.
  5. SERVE. Transfer to a plate and serve with sweet chili sauce. Enjoy!

Cooking Tips

Refrigerating for longer hours make it easier to slice into cubes before pan-frying.
