Tuna Patty with Tomato Salad
AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 1 can Tuna, canned, in oil, drained
- 1 tsp. White onions, minced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Carrots, minced
- 1 pc. Egg, beaten
- 2 pcs. Calamansi, juiced
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 pack AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato, sliced
- 1/2 pc. Red onion, sliced
- 1 pc. Calamansi, juiced
- pinch Salt, iodized
- pinch Pepper, ground
- 1/8 tsp. Sugar, white
Procedure
- MIX. In a large bowl, mix tuna, white onions, garlic, carrots, egg, calamansi, and all-purpose.
- SEASON. Season with AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix.
- FRY. Heat oil in a pan. Fry tuna patty until browned.
- FOR TOMATO SALAD: MIX. In a large bowl, mix tomato, red onions, calamansi, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- SERVE. Serve tuna patty with a side of tomato salad.
Cooking Tips
Tuna patty can be chilled before frying to be more compact.
