Air Fried Chicken Tenders

Crispy Fry® Original

Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 cups Chicken breast fillet, cut into thick strips
  • 1 pack Crispy Fry® Original
  • 2 tsps. Cooking oil
Aioli Dip
  • 1 cup Aji-Mayo® Professional Style Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsps. All-purpose cream
  • 1/2 tsp. Black pepper, ground
  • 1 Tbsp. Calamansi juice
Thousand Island Dip
  • 1 cup Aji-Mayo® Professional Style Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup, tomato
  • 1 Tbsp. Calamansi juice
  • 3 Tbsps. White onions, minced
  • pinch Salt, iodized
  • pinch Black pepper, ground

Procedure

  1. COAT. Coat chicken with Crispy Fry® Original. Repeat until all are coated.
  2. AIR-FRY. Brush airfryer pan with canola oil. Place chicken strips onto airfryer pan. Airfry for 6 minutes in 200°C or 392°F. Then flip chicken tenders and cook for another 6-8 minutes with the same temperature.
  3. SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy with dipping sauce.
  4. Aioli Dip. In a large bowl, mix Aji-Mayo®, garlic, all-purpose cream, black pepper, and calamansi juice.
  5. Thousand Island Dip. In a large bowl, mix Aji-Mayo®, ketchup, calamansi juice, white onions, salt, and pepper.

Cooking Tips

Chicken can be dipped into egg before coating to achieve extra crunch.
