Boiled Egg Sarciado

AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix


  • 2 Tbsps. (30ml) Cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup (54g) Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (34g) Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (130g) Tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (69g) Green Bell Pepper, small diced
  • 1/2 cup (69g) Red Bell Pepper, small diced
  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) Water
  • 2 pieces (100g) Egg, beaten
  • 1 pack (8g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
  • 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Fish sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. (0.3g) Black pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp. (5g) Sugar, brown
  • 5 pieces (250g) Egg, hard boiled
  • 1/2 cup (18g) Onion leeks, chopped


  1. STIR-FRY. In a pan, heat oil. Stir-fry onion, garlic, and tomatoes until soft and fragrant. Add green and red bell pepper. Continue cooking for another minute.
  2. BOIL & SEASON. Add water to the vegetable mixture. Boil then simmer for a minute. Add the beaten eggs. Season with AJI-GINISA®, fish sauce, black pepper, and sugar. Mix well, cover, and cook for another minute.
  3. SERVE. Remove pot cover. Put on a serving bowl and sprinkle leeks on top before serving.

Cooking Tips

Cook eggs for 10 minutes to achieve hard boiled eggs.
