Breakfast Egg PocketsAJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
- 5 pieces (225g) Tortilla wrap, 9-inches
- 1/2 cup (85g) Ham, chopped (divided into 5 parts)
- 1/8 cup (25g) Cheese, quickmelt, grated (divided into 5 parts)
- 5 pieces (250g) Egg
- 1/2 pack (5g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning (divided into 5 parts)
- 1/4 cup (60g) Ketchup
- ASSEMBLE & SEASON. Place tortilla in a countertop then put ham and cheese. Crack egg in the center then season with AJI-NO-MOTO®. Fold the sides and wrap into a parcel.
- GRILL. In a pan, grill the tortilla pocket with cover for 5 minutes on each side.
- SERVE. Transfer to a serving plate. Optional to serve with ketchup. Enjoy!
Use cold eggs so that it will not spread out easily when cracked in the tortilla wrap.
