Classic Fried Rice
AJI-GINISA® Liquid Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 2 1/2 Tbsps. (35ml) Canola Oil
- 2 1/2 Tbsps. (20g) Garlic, minced
- 1 cup (150g) Carrots, cubed (small)
- 1/2 cup (100g) Green Peas, frozen
- 3 1/3 cups (800g) Left-over cooked rice (white)
- 3 pcs. (150ml) Egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsps. (30g) Butter, unsalted
- 3 packs (90g) Aji-Ginisa® Liquid Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 2 packs (200g) Pineapple (Optional)
Procedure
- SAUTE. Heat oil in a wok. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add carrots until almost cooked. Then followed by green peas, rice, eggs, and butter.
- SEASON. Season fried rice with Aji-Ginisa® Liquid Flavor Seasoning Mix. Toss and mix well until incorporated.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy! (Optional to add pineapple to give a Christmas twist!)
Cooking Tips
For added flavor and texture, toss in cashew nuts for a crunchy bite, or swap canned pineapple with fresh pineapple for a sweet, tropical twist!
