- 1 kilo (1000g) Chicken, cut into serving portions
- 1 pack (62g) CRISPY FRY® Breading Mix (Original)
- 1 Liter (1000ml) Cooking oil
- WASH. Wash chicken, drain and then pat dry.
- COAT. Coat each chicken evenly with CRISPY FRY® Breading Mix.
- DEEP- FRY. Heat oil in a pan then deep fry the coated chicken until golden brown. Drain excess oil using strainer or colander.
- SERVE. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve and enjoy.
To know if fried chicken is cooked already, insert either a toothpick or a fork into the thickest portion of the fried chicken. It should go inside and comes out easily with no traces of raw meat.
