AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix


  • 2 tsps. (12ml) Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. (5.5g) Garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps. (15g) Onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup (100g) Sayote, sliced
  • 1/3 cup (40g) Carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (25g) Cauliflower, florets
  • 1/4 cup (15g) Baguio beans, sliced
  • 1/4 cup + 3 Tbsps. (105ml) Water
  • 3 cups (140g) Cabbage, quartered, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. (5g) Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. (3g) Cornstarch to be diluted in:
  • 2 Tbsps. + 1 tsp. (34ml) Water
  • 1 pack (8g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix


  1. STIR-FRY. Heat oil in a pan, then sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add sayote, carrots, beans then stir-fry for few minutes.
  2. SIMMER. Add water and let it boil. Add cabbage, cauliflower, and bell pepper, then cover for 2 minutes.
  3. SEASON. Season with AJI-GINISA® and mix well.
  4. SIMMER. Mix-in cornstarch and water mixture. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
  5. SERVE. Transfer onto a serving plate then serve.

Cooking Tips

Do not overcook the vegetables to retain their bright colors and crunchy texture.
