SARSAYA® Oyster SauceIngredients
- 4 cups (1000ml) Water (optional)
- 3 cups (700g) Beef Sirloin
- 1/2 cup (117ml) Water (marinade)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Vinegar
- 1 1/2 pack (45ml) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
- 1 3/4 tbsp. (15g) Garlic, minced
- 10 pcs. (2g) Peppercorn
- 2 tbsp. (35ml) Cooking Oil
- 2 cups (100g) Onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. (3ml) Sesame Oil
Procedure
- PRE-BOIL. (Optional) On a pot, add water and beef and boil until tender.
- MARINATE. On a large bowl, put beef, water, vinegar, SARSAYA®, garlic, and peppercorn for half an hour. (Keep the marinade)
- SEAR. On a pan, heat cooking oil and sear marinated beef until browned. Add onions and saute for 2 more minutes, then add the marinade. Put on low heat and cover until sauce is almost gone.
- SERVE. Turn off heat and garnish with sesame oil. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
