Sautéed Mushroom Salad

AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Olive oil
  • 1 cup (102g) Shiitake mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Enoki mushroom, sliced
  • 2 Tbsps. (18g) Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. (6g) Green onion, chopped finely
  • 1/8 tsp. (0.6g) Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. (0.6g) Black pepper, ground
  • 2 cups (50g) Mixed greens, chopped
Dressing
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps. (22ml) Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Lemon juice
  • 1/2 pack (4g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
  • 2 Tbsps. (30ml) Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. (6g) Green onion, chopped finely

Procedure

  1. SAUTÈ. In a pan, heat oil. Sauté shiitake and enoki mushrooms until browned. Add garlic and green onion.
  2. SEASON. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. MIX. In a bowl, add mixed greens and sautéed mushrooms. Mix well then set aside.
  4. MIX. To make the dressing, in a separate bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, AJI-GINISA®, and soy sauce. Mix well. Add this to the salad. Toss well.
  5. SERVE. Transfer salad to a serving plate and garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy.

Cooking Tips

Canned or fresh mushrooms can be used for this recipe.
