AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo (500g) Tulingan
  • 1/4 cup (50g) Kamias, sliced
  • 6 cups (1500ml) Water
  • 1 1/2 tsps. (3.75g) Salt
  • 1 pack (11g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning

Procedure

  1. SIMMER. In a cold pan, arrange kamias and tulingan. Pour water and let it simmer until fish is cooked.
  2. SEASON. Add salt and AJI-NO-MOTO®. Mix well. Cook for another minute.
  3. SERVE. Serve and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

You may add green chili for an added spice to the broth.
