On a plate, put in some garlic fried rice, longganisa, and eggs. Add in slices of tomatoes to keep the meal balanced, then serve!

Before cooking, prepare the mushrooms first. In ¼ cup of hot water, let your blackwood ear mushroom sit for about 15 minutes.
