Teriyaki Tokwa’t Gulay
Sarsaya® Teriyaki SauceIngredients
- 1 cup Cooking oil
- 1 kg Tofu, cubed
- 1 cup Carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup Sitaw, trim to 3-4 inches
- 3 cups Pechay, roughly chopped
- 2 packs Sarsaya® Teriyaki Sauce
- 3 1/2 Tbsps. Water
Procedure
- FRY. Heat oil in a pan. Fry tofu until crispy.
- STIR-FRY. In a wok or a pan, warm the oil in high heat. Add carrots, sitaw, and pechay accordingly. Stir-fry for around 2 minutes each before adding the next vegetable.
- SAUTE. Lower the heat, and add Sarsaya® Teriyaki Sauce and water. Saute for 1 minute.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!
