Beef with Broccoli

SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo (500g) Beef, strips
  • 2 Tbsps. (30ml) Soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsps. (45ml) Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. (10g) Ginger, strips
  • 2 Tbsps. (15g) Onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsps. (20g) Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsps. (15g) Cornstarch diluted in
  • 1 cup (250ml) Water
  • 3 cups (200g) Broccoli, florets
  • 2 packs (60g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. (0.4g) Black pepper, ground

Procedure

  1. MARINATE. In a bowl, combine beef and soy sauce then marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. SAUTÉ. In a hot pan, add oil then saute beef, ginger, garlic, and onion.
  3. SIMMER. Dilute cornstarch in water then pour into the pan and let it simmer until thickened. Add broccoli and let it cook for a few minutes.
  4. SEASON. Add SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce and pepper, mix well.
  5. SERVE. Transfer into a serving plate. Serve & enjoy!
