Bihon Guisado Recipe

PORKSAVOR® All-In-One Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (105 grams) Bihon noodles, raw
  • 2 cups (500ml) Water
  • 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup (35g) Onion, chopped
  • 2 tsps. (24g) Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (100g) Chayote, sliced
  • 3 cups (750ml) Water
  • 2 tsps. (10ml) Soy sauce
  • 1 cup (50g) Cabbage, sliced
  • 1 pack (7g) PORKSAVOR® All-In-One Seasoning Mix

Procedure

  1. SOAK. In a bowl, add bihon noodles and water and let the noodles soak for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  2. SAUTÉ. In a pan, heat oil. Sauté onion and garlic. Add chayote, water, and soy sauce. Mix well and let it boil.
  3. MIX & SEASON. Add the soaked noodles, cabbage, and PORKSAVOR® All-In-One Seasoning Mix. Mix until well-incorporated.
  4. SERVE. Transfer to a plate. Serve and enjoy.

Cooking Tips

You may opt to add carrots for more color and nutrients.
