Cheese & Malunggay Fish Fillet Rolls

AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix


  • 2 pcs. (1000g) Cream dory
  • 2 tsp. (10g) Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. (5g) Ginger, minced
  • 1 1/2 pack (12g) AJI-GINISA®
  • 1 tsp. (2g) Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. (5ml) Lemon, juiced
  • 3 tbsp. (40g) Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (10g) Malunggay Leaves
  • 1 cup (125g) Flour
  • 3 eggs (150g) Egg
  • 2 cups (100g) Breadcrumbs
  • 1 bottle (1000ml) Cooking Oil


  1. SEASON. Season cream dory with garlic, ginger, AJI-GINISA®, parsley, and lemon.
  2. ROLL. Place mozzarella cheese and malunggay leaves in the center of each fish fillet, then roll them up.
  3. COAT. Coat fish fillet rolls with flour, the dip them in egg then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. DEEP-FRY. In a pan heat oil, then place all rolls onto the pan until golden brown
  5. SERVE. Transfer onto a serving plate. Best served with ketchup!

Cooking Tips

Mozzarella cheese can be replaced with any cheese, just make sure to close and coat the fillet tightly.
