Lean Pork Giniling

AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsps. (30ml) Cooking oil
  • 1 pc. (65g) Red onion, sliced
  • 4 Tbsps. (35g) Garlic, minced
  • 2 pcs. (75g) Tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 kilo (500g) Ground lean pork
  • 1 1/2 cup (375ml) Water
  • 2 pcs. (300g) Potato, diced
  • 2 pcs. (170g) Carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup (150g) Green peas
  • 1 cup (200g) Tomato sauce
  • 2 packs (16g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Procedure

  1. SAUTÉ. In a pan, heat oil and saute onion, garlic and tomato for a few minutes. Add pork and stir for a few minutes. Add water and cook for 20 minutes.
  2. BOIL. Add potato and carrots. Cook for 20 minutes or until tender. Add green peas and tomato sauce. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. SEASON. Add AJI-GINISA®. Cook for a few seconds. Serve hot with 1 1/2 cups rice and 1 pc banana.

Cooking Tips

Cut the potatoes and carrots into a uniform size to ensure even cooking.
