New Year Fried Rice

AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp (20g) Cooking oil
  • 10 small strips (40g) Bacon, crushed
  • 4 cloves (10g) Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 onion (10g) White onion, minced
  • 2/3 cup (100g) Carrots, cubed
  • 3 eggs (150g) Eggs, scrambled
  • 2 3/4 cup (500g) Leftover rice
  • 1 pack (8g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Soy Sauce
  • 2/3 cup (100g) Cabbage, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (40g) Frozen Peas, canned
  • 1 tsp (5g) Spring Onions, chopped

Procedure

  1. SAUTE. Heat cooking oil in wok or pan. Saute bacon then set aside. Put garlic, onions, and carrots on the same pan. Once fragrant, add eggs and rice.
  2. SEASON. Then season with AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix and soy sauce. Add the cabbage and peas. Lastly, add all the ingredients cooked before and mix.
  3. SERVE. Garnish fried rice with spring onions. Transfer into a plate then serve!

Cooking Tips

Use day-old rice or leftover rice for a better and not sticky fried rice.
