Sauteed Garlic Shiitake Mushroom

SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Cooking oil
  • 5 cups (500g) Shiitake mushroom, canned, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. (10g) Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (35g) Onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. (15g) Butter, unsalted
  • 1 Tbsp. (10g) Parsley, minced
  • 2 packs (60g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. (7.5ml) Sesame oil

Procedure

  1. SAUTE. On a high heat pan, add oil and saute mushrooms until lightly brown. Then, add in butter, onion, and garlic.
  2. SEASON. With SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce and sesame oil.
  3. GARNISH. With parsley and serve hot.

Cooking Tips

Drain the liquid properly from shiitake mushroom so that it will get a nice brown color when cooked.
