AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 7 pcs 350.0 Eggs, medium
  • 3/4 tsp 3.6 AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp 15.0 Cooking oil

Procedure

  1. MIX. In a bowl, add eggs and AJI-NO-MOTO®. Mix and beat well using a fork. Set aside.
  2. FRY. In a pan, heat oil. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently until curds form and eggs are cooked.
  3. SERVE. Transfer scrambled eggs to a plate. Serve and enjoy while hot.

Cook scrambled eggs slowly over medium heat to achieve a moist and fluffy texture and avoid dryness.
