Sinabawang Bulaklak ng KalabasaAJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 2 cups (500ml) Water
- 2 cups (340g) Squash, cubed
- 2 cups (200g) Bulaklak ng kalabasa, trimmed
- 1 pack (8g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup (50g) Kamote leaves, trimmed
- BOIL. In a pot, heat water until big bubbles form. Boil squash for 5 minutes. Lower the fire, add bulaklak ng kalabasa and cook for 3 minutes.
- SEASON. Add AJI-GINISA®. Mix well.
- SERVE. Add kamote leaves just before turning off the heat. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve and enjoy.
Do not overcook the vegetables to avoid a mushy texture and retain most of its nutrients.
