Sinigang na Bangus sa Bayabas
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami SeasoningIngredients
- 5 cups (1250ml) Water
- 2/3 cup (150g) Guava, quartered
- 1/4 cup (65g) Tomato, quartered
- 1 tsp. (2g) Whole peppercorn
- 3 tbsp. (45ml) Fish sauce
- 1 pc. (450g) Bangus, sliced
- 1/4 cup (30g) Okra, sliced
- 2 pcs. (5g) Green Chillies
- 1 cup (30g) Kangkong leaves
- 1 pack (11g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
Procedure
- BOIL. Boil water in a saucepan. Add guava, tomato, and whole peppercorns. Cook until they are soft enough to be mashed with a fork.
- COOK. Add bangus and cook for 10 minutes. Add fish sauce, then boil for another 5 minutes. Add okra, green chillies, and kangkong leaves to the pot.
- SEASON. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning.
- SERVE. Transfer onto a serving bowl and enjoy!
