Squash Crisps

TASTY BOY® Breading Mix (Regular)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pack (32.5g) TASTY BOY® Breading Mix (Regular)
  • 2 cups (500g) Squash, sliced
  • 2 cups (480ml) Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 cup + 1/2 tsp (65 ml) Water

Procedure

  1. COAT. Pour TASTY BOY® (Regular) in a bowl then add squash, coat evenly.
  2. DEEP-FRY. In a pan with hot oil, fry the squash until golden brown. Drain excess oil using a strainer.
  3. SERVE. Transfer to a plate. Serve and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

Don't pile up the squash after frying, spread it in a wide plate while cooling down for longer crispy texture.
