Veggie Stir-fried Chicken Meal for Kids

SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Marinade Mixture:
  • 1/2 kilo (500g) Chicken, thigh or breast,
  • 2 packs (50ml) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps. (15g) Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. (15g) Cooking oil
  • 4 Tbsps. (60ml) Cooking oil
  • 3/4 cup (150g) Onion, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps. (15g) Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups (400g) Potato, medium diced
  • 1 cup (200g) Carrot, medium diced
  • 1 1/2 cups (345g) Corn kernels
  • 1 cup (200g) Baguio beans, diced
  • 1 tsp. (1.2g) Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. (2.5g) Salt, iodized

Procedure

  1. MARINATE. In a bowl, combine chicken, SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce, garlic, and oil. Mix well then marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. SAUTÉ & STIR-FRY. In a pan, heat oil. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add chicken then cook until golden brown. Add potato, carrot, corn, and baguio beans. Cook for a few minutes.
  3. SEASON. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. SERVE. To prepare Stir-fried Chicken with Mixed Vegetables meal for kids, assemble to a plate 3/4 cup Stir-fried Chicken with Mixed Vegetables and 1/2 cup rice. Serve with 1 pc banana and 1 glass of water.

Cooking Tips

In stir-frying, add the firm vegetables first before the green leafy vegetables.
