Teriyaki Tokwa’t Gulay

Sarsaya® Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooking oil
  • 1 kg Tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup Sitaw, trim to 3-4 inches
  • 3 cups Pechay, roughly chopped
  • 2 packs Sarsaya® Teriyaki Sauce
  • 3 1/2 Tbsps. Water

Procedure

  1. FRY. Heat oil in a pan. Fry tofu until crispy.
  2. STIR-FRY. In a wok or a pan, warm the oil in high heat. Add carrots, sitaw, and pechay accordingly. Stir-fry for around 2 minutes each before adding the next vegetable.
  3. SAUTE. Lower the heat, and add Sarsaya® Teriyaki Sauce and water. Saute for 1 minute.
  4. SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!
