Crispy Fry® Batter MixIngredients
- 6 pcs. (300g) Eggs, hard-boiled
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Water
- 1 Tbsp. (10g) Annatto powder
- 1 pack (160g) Crispy Fry® Batter Mix
Procedure
- DREDGE. Sort batter mix into two bowls and follow instructions on the packaging. Add annatto powder onto the wet batter. Then coat all of the hard-boiled eggs with Crispy Fry® Batter Mix.
- FRY. In a deep pan, heat oil and fry tokneneng until browned.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy! (Can be served with vinegar, onions and chilis)

Annatto powder can be substituted with orange food coloring.
