Embutido

Make your Christmas merrier with this easy and affordable Embutido made meatier with AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix!

In a bowl, combine ground pork, onion, carrot, garlic, pickle relish, raisin, bread, celery, cheese, egg, condensed milk, AJI-GINISA®, pepper, and salt. Mix until well-incorporated.

Now let’s mold and wrap the Embutido. Scoop 1/2 cup of meat mixture onto a 6-inch aluminum foil then wrap into a log, do this for the rest of the mixture. You may also add sliced boiled egg for added Choline and Vitamin B12 that help keep nerves and blood healthy.

Using a steamer, place Embutido on top of boiling water and allow steam to flow. Steam for 45 minutes or until cooked through. Let it cool slightly until warm to the touch.

Finally, slice Embutido into serving pieces then transfer to a plate. Serve and enjoy!

Filipino handaan is not complete without spaghetti. For only Php 300, you can make your Christmas celebration hearty with this delicious Filipino Style Spaghetti recipe in 4 easy steps!

1st step, let’s sauté. In a casserole, heat oil then sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned then add laurel leaf, and bell pepper, mix well.

Then for the 2nd step, simmer. Add water and tomato sauce, stir and simmer for 10 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.

Finally, for the 4th step and last step, let’s serve the dish. Place pasta on a serving dish, pour the spaghetti sauce, then garnish with shredded cheese. Happy eating!

Meatballs in Gravy Sauce

Make your holiday spread more delicious by serving this Meatballs in Gravy Sauce!

In a bowl combine onion, garlic, mushrooms, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper, mix well. Get 1/8 cup of the meat mixture and form into balls. Did you know that Pork is rich in Protein which is essential in building and repair of body tissues?

Now let’s fry the meatballs. Heat oil in a pan then fry meatballs for 3-5 mins. or until golden brown. Remove excess oil using a strainer, set aside. You may freeze the meatballs before frying to maintain its shape while cooking.

Let’s make the gravy! On a saucepan pour water and CRISPY FRY® Gravy. Continue stirring until the gravy has thickened. CRISPY FRY® Gravy is very easy to prepare and has the perfect blend of spices which will make the dish flavorful!

Lastly, transfer meatballs onto a plate then pour gravy all over. Serve & enjoy!

No Bake Cheesy Bangus

Level up your usual Christmas handa with this healthy No Bake Cheesy Bangus recipe made more delicious with AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning!

Season Bangus with AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning and black pepper. AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning enhances the natural flavors of the ingredients making this dish umami-licious!

Then dredge both side of the fish with flour, this will give the crispy texture to the fish.

Next, put cooking oil on pan the sauté onions first until fragrant then add garlic until golden brown, set aside. Add in green bell peppers and tomatoes, sauté for 1 minute then set aside as well.

Then, pan-fry Bangus, meat side first until golden brown then flip until skin side is crispy. This recipe is very nutritious because Bangus is rich in Omega-3 which promotes brain and memory development as well as preventing heart diseases.

Let’s make this dish cheesy by pouring the grated cheese on top of the meat side of the Bangus. Then add water on the sides of the pan and cover the pan until cheese melts.

Lastly, add the sauteed garlic, onions, and tomatoes on top of the Bangus, then cover again for around 30-45 seconds. Carefully remove Bangus from pan then serve on a plate. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese then serve & enjoy while hot!
